Bladeless LASIK

Bladeless LASIK makes use of a femtosecond laser to create the flap instead of a mechanical microkeratome (an automated blade).The rest of the procedure is exactly the same as LASIK. It is believed that the laser is able to create a flap more safely and consistently.At Eagle Eye Centre, we use an advanced femtosecond surgical laser,the Ziemer's FEMTO LDV to do this procedure.
